Sound problem

Hello,
can I download a sound driver to a memory stick to transfer to another PC thats not on line.

i hope so, as i have done it quite a few times.
dont necessarily think if you copy the driver itself to the memory stick that the soundcard will work.
sometimes you need to have the installer on the memory stick, because without the installer - there wont be all of the registry enteries input into the registry.

i've done this with all sorts of drivers.
soundcard
network card
graphics card
chipset drivers

the memory stick to transfer files is really a tool that deserves appreciation.
