I have a very open basement, see below, and the pictures I took are from my seating position at my office setup. I do a lot of yelling and loud commentaries from my setup when I am playing games with friends. However this is usually late at night when the rest of my family goes to bed (up stairs). As you can see the ceiling is tiled, and very sound bleeding, and with it being a wide basement I feel like the sound doesn't get muffled at all.

How can I go about sound proofing this... I was thinking about putting sound foam on the tiles in a 4x4 radius above me, on the walls of the pillars facing me, and to the wall to the left of me (15 feet). Any more Ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am not in personal room so I can't just do the walls all around me.

I doubt you can make it really soundproof but you can knock it down.
If the ceiling is a drop ceiling then I would suggest putting insulation into the space above the tile. Pink or white insulation from Home Depot isn't expensive.
You may need to cover more than just 4x4 just above you. I doubt the pillars or wall will make much difference to how much sound travels upstairs. It would affect how sound reflects around you.
A sound barrier on the ceiling would help too.
