Speaker has damaged RCA terminal.

Can someone please tell me a way to fix this?

the white cap on the speaker is missing, so the RCA connector just plugs into a plastic hole and the music does not carry over to the speakers. Is there a ghetto fix?

Your rca jack is missing the ground connection. This is usually a common connection for both channels so you just have to connect the ground of the cable to other channel connector ground. You can wrap some wire around both the cables to do this.
