Speaker is quiet and muffled

Okay, so to begin with I'll list the issues, number one is that I can barely hear anything coming from my right speaker, however my left is crystal clear. What I can hear is muffled, almost like all foreground noise was taken out. I know the speakers work as I tested them on other devices, and I tried my headset on the PC with the issue, it presented the same problem as my speakers. I've tried checking the volume balance, and its at 100% for both, tried reinstalling drivers for sound, even tried plugging in my front audio jack which didn't work. I'm lost.

3) if the sound card is added (internal sound card) Your sound card model
