Hi folks.

Recently I purchased used my first Mac (Love it by the way) for use with recording my guitar playing.

Anyway, I love it and it's nice and fast, etc, but at the time I didn't know it, but I didn't have a Itunes or Mac account. Anyway, I got the Laptop from a small pawn shop where I work and it was the first one we ever had.

I was going to reformat it, but I couldn't because I didn't have an account, then found out it had a motherboard replacement and I'll have to reformat and then re-install the OS with my Itunes account, etc,.

I found a youtube video on how to look and take it apart and look, etc, since I also spilled Coke on the thing... I know, I'm an idiot.. LOL.. So, when I go in and clean it up (It works great, but using a mac keyboard and mouse) I thought I'd upgrade the hard drive to either all SSD, or better yet just add an SSD if possible?

Can someone tell me if it's possible and how hard is it to do so?
Thanks in advance.
