Start button, Taskbar and Desktop icons missing

when I open my laptop all desktop icons,taskbar and start menu are missing, In command I typed sfc/scannow - no solutions, Please help.

press ult+ctrl+delete and then in the left on the left corner of "task manager" click "file" and click "run new task" then type "explorer.exe" without the qoute

may be a virus...try making a hirem boot cd and run a anti virus scan from it.
