Start up blackscreen

Hi,i have a problem with my laptop.Last night when i turn on my laptop i was stuck on the start up thingy(the one before we log-in to use the computer) all i can see is just black screen and sometimes when i try to move the cursor it will show up a loading icon, i tried to ctrl+alt+delete and load the explorer but it ain't working. PLS help me

Have you tried to hold down the power button until it turns off? Then, press the power button again to turn it on

There should be a power button on the top left side of your keyboard hold that down for 5 seconds then turn it back on
