Static noice from speakers, (tried multiple devices)

Hello everyone, I have a pair of speakers I mainly use for my phone when Im listening to music. Its the logitech z623. A while ago they started to make a sound and Im assuming its static noice. I can confirm that its the speakers and not the phone because Ive tried on multiple devices. And no its not the aux cable. Can you get rid of this? Is it bad for the device Im using it on? Just give any information you have, anything is helpful-

Very unlikely that this will cause any damage to your phone.
Depending on the exact noise it could be a bad speaker (an over driven speaker can make scrapping noises as it plays) or a problem with the amps in the system.
