Steps to prep TF700T tablet for resale?

I'm planning to sell my TF700T Transformer Infinity tablet. Are there any steps besides a factory/hard reset that I should follow to be sure that all of my personal data is wiped from the device? Much thanks.

Beside taking the sd card you put in it out I dont think so.
