Stop screen from blinking

I have followed the instructions but when I get to change power setting their is no window to mark or put all in. Please help me I need my computer now.

We would have no idea what you are talking about, since you seem to be referring to another thread or instructions that are not including in your info. Please add additional details explaining exactly what you are doing, and what occurs when you do it. Also, please add the make/mode of the computer.
