Strange keyboard problem

hei guys . i have a strange problem . two days ago some of my letters ( 1 , q p , u ,t and many more ) dont work anymore . the strange thing is : if i press capslock many times all my keys works but if i press it (capslock) again they dont work anymore and i must spam again. the second strange thing is if any of the "problem keys " is not working then all of them are not working . the keys are perfectly new and i dont understand how is that possible ? i reinstaled my windows but i still have this problem ... what can i do ? sorry for my english i hope you understand

Is it a laptop or a desktop keyboard?

If it's a laptop I would recommend removing the proper case/cover pieces from the laptop, disconnecting the ribbon cable for the keyboard, maybe wipe it off a bit then re-connect it

yes it's a laptop keyboard . i tried ... im pretty sure it's a system problem ...

Are you able to purchase a new one for your specific make & model of laptop?

i dont know 😀 but i fixed it blocking the caps lock button
