Stream Korean Channels to TV?

Hey guys, so I think my dad could use some more Korean channels...he only has 1!

How would I go about having some device stream multiple korean channels through the internet for free? Is there some media player I could hook up to the TV that would be able to do this?

If there is no free option -- what prices am I looking to pay?

I don't think there are any media steamer players that can go to just any website to get the channel. You would need a browser so that means a computer. You could connect a laptop to the TV and just browse to Korean channels that stream.
