Streaming Roku to my System

I'll explain my set up:
Bluray, Samsung BD-F7500
Projector, Epson 8350
STR-DH750

My bluray has an HDMI cable going to my projector and a digital audio to my reciever for my surround sound.

My question is, would a splitter work if I connected it into my HDMI port on the back of my bluray then use that to connect a Roko to it? I cant see how that will work, but I wanted to ask and see if anyone has ideas that would help with this problem.

It depends on whether your Roku has separate audio output (RCA, 3.5mm, or optical/coax), or only HDMI. In the later case, you'll need additional HDMI audio extractor so you can feed the sound into your receiver.

If you just want to watch DVDs on your Roku there is a yt video that shows how to wireless stream any file type to any Roku using VLC called "how to stream dvd on roku" using Windows 7 no miracast.
