Stuck on startup password

I have a MSI netbook windows 7 my problem is I started up it asked me for password I cannot remember the password I've tried everything I can think of I can not remember it and I want to be able to go in to run a new setup hey the Bias run the whole thing completely over again I just wipe it clean and I don't know how any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
