hello

i have a big down-firing pioneer subwoofer taken from an old home theater system. it works GREAT! the bass is awesome. im currently using an RCA to 3.5mm connector to plug it into my PC.

right now, i have the sub under my wooden computer table. the only problem is. the subwoofer is not punchy enough when its under the table. i can feel the table vibrating when i listen to music. but when i step away from the table, i can only feel and hear the bass when im near the desk. other than that. the floor wont vibrate even with the bass turned up all the way. is this a problem with my table? i hate how its restricting my bass. i want my room to be vibrating and the walls to be shaking... but the subwoofer only vibrates my table. nothing else, can anyone please help? should i put the subwoofer in the corner of my room?
