Subwoofer Quick question

Just a quick question, I have a really good subwoofer and i am wanting to get Sony SS-B1000. But the thing is it has a sub woofer already installed on it, But I want to use a subwoofer with it. Would it sound weird if I did buy them and used them with a subwoofer?

if you mean use 2 subwoofers at once i do and sounds fine just gives even more bass

No you shouldn't have problems as long as they aren't very different in size. You can even match 12 inch with 8 inch with some tweaking.

You can't really make an 8" and 12" sound the same, all other things equal, the 12" just moves vastly more air for a given frequency, but they can musically compliment each other really well, letting an 8 handle the mid-upper bass (say 50-120hz) attacking punch punch and the 12 handle the room-shake (under 50hz)
