Switchable graphics not working after update to windows 8

So guys I have the Acer 3830tg with the swtichable nvidia 540m graphics

But after doing a clean install of windows 8 with a new ssd I have not been able to use the nvidia for playing games. The nvidia driver do not install and device manager shows it is incorrectly installed by showing the yellow exclamation mark.

I have asked this question on notebookcheck, nvidia forums with no help, so please answer guys!

Download the drivers from Acer support and try that.
