Syncing outlook with gmail contacts and vice versa

Is there a app out there that will allow syncing outlook and gmail in both directions on a ongoing basis. I have gotten the calendars to sync but can't get the contacts to sync. In other words, if I put something into outlook,I want it to show up in my Gmail contacts as well and if I put something in my Gmail contacts, I would like it to show up in Outlook as well.
