Hello Everyone,
I was running a DS218+ with only 1 disk configuration. Everything works fine.
Recently while I was adding a secondary HDD as SHR, my house had a power failure and the NAS rebooted.
After the reboot, the previously installed HDD (call HDD A) was not accessible anymore. The volume and storage pool disappeared from the storage manager. The HDD menu in the storage manager shows no error, status is normal and initialized.
What I’ve done so far:
1. Unplug the secondary HDD (call HDD B) from NAS and reboot with only the original HDD A. Still the storage manager can not recognized the volume and pool.
Question:
1. How can I get access to my data on the good HDD (disk 2)?
2. Can I re-create a volume, and storage pool without destroying my data ?
thank you very much, I’m grateful for every answer and suggestions.
Cheers..
