System drivers are not working properly on my acer aspire

I have an Acer Aspire Laptop that keeps crashing. It is showing that I have devices that need updated because they are not working at all. There are two base system devices, coprocessor, SM Bus controller and an unknown device ( when clicked on says something about audio). How do I get these devices? Also, my Windows update shows that no devices could be found for these Items. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi If you find your model number and google the drivers for your laptop you should find some drivers for chipset, audio etc that should sort things out nicely
