T-Moible IPhone6 Bad Esn Help Need AT&T

Okay So I Have 2 IPHONE 6 At T-Mobile And I've Been Paying Them But My Next Bill Will Be $400 And I Can't Afford That So Is There Anyone Way Of Unlocking Or Going To Another Company Since It'll Be Considered A Bad Esn (Which I Doubt It'll Be Blacklisted Since It's Not Stolen) In The Past I Had A Verizon Galaxy Note 3 And The Same Happened To When My Cousin Didn't Pay For His Phone So I On Some Forums And Found Out I Could Still Use It In Which I Was Capable Of Using It From Switching From CDMA To GSM Or Global And Etc. So It Actually Worked And I Got Prepaided At T-Moible With 4G LTE ; In This Case I Just Want To Get Prepaid For AT&T So Can Someone Just Help Me Out Here?
