All of a sudden my tablet is booting up to some weird screen. It doesn't auto rotate and I have to hit the home button to get out of it. It's not earth shattering, just slightly annoying. Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of it?

Solution
Try starting up in "Safe Mode" and see if it starts that screen in there. If it doesn't, you probably have an app on the tablet that is the cause. You will need to figure our what app, and uninstall it.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

Thanks Webworkings, you were absolutely right. The app was called super battery, it either came with Kingoroot or Superuser. But I uninstalled it. Thank you!
