Tablet shuts down with full battery if unplugged

I have a Next book NX785QC8G that shows full battery but if I unplug it it powers off instantly and says the battery is empty. I have had it only a few months and it has always been really difficult to turn it on also. I don't know much about technical stuff...can anyone help me figure out what is wrong or how to fix please?

Sounds like time to take it back to the seller while it still has some remaining Warranty period. That battery is probably a dud.
