So only a almost a year ago I had bought a pair of Plantronics Gamecom 380 Headsets.
I had managed to break the internal microphone around April and contacted Plantronics support, who had given me a new pair of Gamecom 380s, which once again in around 5 months time I had the same problem - and this time I won't be able to do anything about it through warranty.
Since receiving a second pair, I had taken much better care of it - I never recall dropping or smashing it on the floor, the coils were never tangled. After usage I pull the cords out of my PC and place them in the plastic container that was in the packaging. Though I do know a few times I had run the cords over with my chair after managing getting stuck underneath but this was a rare occurrence.
I can still hear sound through my headsets (previous and current). Is there anything I've been doing wrong that leads to my microphones breaking so easily?
