Tascam dm 24

I have the Tascam dm 24 and I'm using the if-fw/dm card in slot 1
I am set up for 24trk recording on qbase
All of a sudden I can't monitor the playback for mixing I had all recorded tracks playing back on 1-2 now nothing please help me I'm pulling my hair out over this

Can your computer still "see" the mixer? Control Panel/Device Manager, then right-click on the device and look at properties. Should say something like "Device is Working Properly".

You haven't switched Firewire ports? That would require the drivers for the mixer to be re-installed on the new port.

Any solo buttons inadvertently depressed on the mixer?
