TeamSpeak - Failed To Connect To Server

Hi, I have been suffering from this problem for ages now and it is getting annoying, I re-installed TeamSpeak many times, flushed my DNS and change my DNS to Google DNS, please help.

I think he's using the latest version just like mine. And I'm also having the same issue. We're trying to connect to Internet, not LAN.

Question from JulianWilliams : "Teamspeak 3: Failed to connect to the server"

So I recentlly installed my windows 7 a windows 8.1 and so is my Teamspeak 3. Before I updated my OS to Windows 8.1, my Teamspeak never had this type of issue. Whenever i connect to any servers, it always says failed to connect to the server. What could be wrong?
