Studies show that within 3 years, 13 year old virgin boys are going to become the majority of american sex offenders.

Mom needs to go to jail. The boy should probably serve a detention, but as far as being forced to register as a sex offender? Give me a break. He's a stupid little kid. Eventually he'll grow up and these 'pranks' will be meaningless of him. It's not like he's going to develop a long life of crime, spreading naked pictures of young girls around. It was his girlfriend! (probably ex-girlfriend by now) The girl that took naked pictures of herself should be punished, and educated. I love how these laws in our country (DON'T) work.

[citation][nom]carlhenry[/nom]you did not seem to read the whole story. her mother said "she did it out of trust". that means she let her boyfriend take pictures of her because she loves him. she wanted to please her boyfriend.prolly after having a petty quarrel, the boyfriend sent it to others "with the intention of harming her". he may be a 14 year old, but i guess he needs to be punished after doing that to a poor young girl.[/citation]

Where did you get this? In the video they said SHE took the pic of her self and SHE sent it to her boyfriend. Did I miss some thing some where?

My son just turned sixteen and I keep up with what he does online. In his browsing history he has searched for pics of nude famous chicks his age. Since I have not seen anything extreme, I leave him alone. He would not be a normal boy if he didn't want to see Hannah Montana nude. I would be worried if he didn't want to see these things.

Let's all become nudists and not make a big deal out of it lol.

It's probably a "handsome spoiled pickup artist boy" who seduced this fat ugly girl to strip and now he is spreading these photo's to all his friends to rediculize. Think about it since it's so spread out bigtime he is mister popular and at that age getting a girl to strip.

How is this child porn if the senders/recipients are underage? The only one who had a "fiduciary" duty to the girl is the piece of s*it punk boyfriend. He's the only one that should be charged. The other stupid teens were just forwarding it along.

[citation][nom]Zenthar[/nom]I somehow agree, but I think a civil lawsuit for the harm done distributing the pictures might serve better and could set a better precedent for morons doing this even when over 18. As you said, people should be liable for what they did. What the girl has done might be naive (and/or stupid), but the boy's actions were deliberately done to cause harm.[/citation]
Don't worry, something will happen to the affect of a law coming out because the media will play into this crap...like they always do...and a bunch of legislators who need to be reelected will bite on this "hot topic" and pass a law...however I agree with civil lawsuit...make the parents responsible as well since they are...legally responsible for their kids...

to stop this, arrest the source not the distribution. Arrest the girl for sending the picture in the first place. If they want to stop this kind of action... Arrest the GIRL she is the one that originally sent Child Porn she is the true violator.

It is not porn if there is no sex! Nudity alone does not equal sex. Which means this is not child porn, but indecency; if only because the picture was distributed. Otherwise, a lot of Italian Renaissance art can be considered porn if nudity=sex.

[citation][nom]frankzz[/nom]Shouldnt the girl also be charged with distributing child pornography, [/citation]

This is NOT the first time this has happened in the USA. Its happening more and more. And YES, the girls who have taken and sent the pictures first (of themselves) are charged as pedophiles.

PRETTY DAMN RETARDED.

Its a perversion of the law... lets see, the child laws are there to Protect the kids from adults, that is the point. These kids are doing this because they ARE K I D S ! !

Kids do stupid things like this because they are KIDS.

These Judges and DAs need to stop wasting tax dollars putting kids in Jail for stupid kid stuff.
