Thank u for ur support guys I have been trying to reset my phone and unfortunate I forgot my gmail account that I was using in so please I don't know what next I can do I just bought it jus two month ago then it start slow that why I factory reset it when I switch it on and it says I must put old email that I forgotten so I don't know what I can do
