The instruction at "0x7c91e9c9" referenced memory at "0x01560030". The memory could not be "read."
act.exe application error

act.exe refers to an Act! database.

My question is: so can I fix this? If so, how?

I'm running XP pro on this machine.

Program bug. Most likely a pointer that overran its bounds and referenced memory that didn't belong to it.
