My zte phone turns on perfectly .the pictures on the phone show perfect and its still working and receiving message and calls .i have a loco on the screen and i cant get pases it because the screen dont do anything at all..the barrer y is brandy new but on the Back of the phone the white circle is now red as if it once hoy wey or damaged and they replaced the phone with a brandy new bbattery..the phone works perfect but my screen aint do anything at all and it also has crack on the screen how can i make the screen work or respond or unfreeze?

The only way to fix is to replace the display.
