the solution for the problem of not finding the internal hard drive to boot in laptop

my computer(laptop) cannot boot. In the boot priorities, the IP4 controller is in the fist priority and the IP6 controller is in the second priority. But I don't know how to make to have the internal hard drive in the priorities.So,please answer me how to do.

(1.) What is the brand of your laptop? (2.)Do you check if your Hard drive is detected? (3.) Do you already Check your boot priority in BIOS Setup?
