There are 2 small dots on my 65 mitsubishi television...why?

There are 2 small white dots on my 65" Mitsubishi television....can anyone tell me
why this is happening? I first noticed just one....and the other day there was another
one about 9 inches from the other one, but a little higher.

Bad pixels probably, or are the dots larger? You should contact Mitsu for support.
