There's no option to "Format as internal storage" in my phone.. I need to do it for several reasons

As the title says, I can't find the option to Format as Internal Storage the sd card in my phone. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime and I need to do it because I wana download large apps on my phone the 1 gb plus apps, reason is I have 8gb internal storage and like its already filled up with 6 gb system memory, I had like 4gb/8gb to start with then overtime it became 6gb/8gb without, and literally without downloading anything. Can anyone tell me how do I make my phone make the sd card its internal storage? I just want to download this game's data to the sd card but it won't fit in the freaking internal storage. Please help. Thanks.

or guys a way to make an app download its data to the sd card? I tried importing the app to sd card but all it does it imports the app itself which is like only 50 mb, not the data it downloads. please help.

You can move apps to the SD card, but cannot download directly to the SD card.
