Thermal sensor error (Lenovo W510)

Good day

I have a lenovo w510 a pretty nice laptop CoreI7 CPU Windows 7 DDR3....but now I'm getting
a "thermal sensor error" after the POST screen and before windows starts loading
and everything is working fine Temp are fine performance is fine fan is spinning
it just appear for no reason !!

I know is the mainboard but is there a way to disable it ?

NOTE : CPU was replaced once !

it's possible the sensor got broken when cpu was replaced. I'm not sure if you can disable it though, try to look around in the BIOS, but I doubt you'll find much (i'm no expert on this )
