this dont let me to rest! Twunk_32

I have heard some rumors around internet about this thing, and i am not sure if its virus or not. I found these suspicious files in Windows folder, here is the picture

but there are no Twunk_32.exe in processes


Is everythink ok ? Or i should be really worried? If yes, what should i do? Sorry formy bad English by the way

It's alright.

I think Twunk_32 used to be used for scanners/webcams? Can't even remember but it's definitely part of windows.

Any windows file could be replaced by a virus.

Sizes for twunk_32:

31,232 bytes
or
25,600 bytes
