To Get Lost Photos from Google

I have stored music and photos within Google Photos, and they should have been stored there, however after sending multiple phones back after examining certain problems, I could not find it in Google. I have searched, but the attempt was fruitless.

How may I be able to fix this?

You would have to check with Google to see if they were somehow misplaced, moved, etc. If not, it is possible that they were not uploaded. If that is the case, and you either no longer have the device they were originally on, or have no access to that device (and they are still on it) then the files are gone.
