May we know the complete specification or information about your laptop? Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help as well.
- Do a hard reset, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- Next is to update the BIOS to the latest one there is available from the manufacturers site.
- Reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that everything is seated properly.
- Lastly, do reset BIOS into default by pressing F9 while your inside BIOS.
