Torrent speed slow on a certain device but fast on others.

I have 2 PC's at home with bit torrent.
With exactly the same settings and same download the one does 50kb/s and the other 800kb/s
Notes:
Normal direct downloads and steam updates are fast and the same speed on both.

The MSI Z97 GAMING 5 has a killer lan adapter could that be the issue?

Wired connections?

Swap the Ethernet cables. Try other known ("fast") Ethernet cables on the slow PC.

Swap the PC Ethernet connections at the router's LAN ports.

Determine if the router's port makes a difference. I.e., does the "fast" become "slow" and vice versa?

Can you swap the killer lan adapter between the PC's?

Determine if the problem follows the killer lan adapter or stays with the original host PC.

Who manages your home router? May need to check the router's configuration settings. Could be some QoS in place limiting the slow PC via its MAC.

Use something else to test the network speed. speedtest.net.
Torrent performance is wildly unreliable and irrelevant.
