Toshiba core i7 BIOS failure

Hello everyone,

I have purchased Toshiba core i7, Model number S55T-B5239 before few months ago and it suddenly stopped working. I had took it to the repair station in my hometown and they even couldn't find the fault, they're suppected a BIOS failure and unfortunately they can't flash the software on the machine. please advise me where should I have to go to get the service. The suituation is very devastating for me, because I have purchased this product with high price. I was living in East Africa, Ethiopia.

You would need to contact Toshiba regional support for the country you purchased the laptop from. in your case, Ethiopia.
