Solved! Toshiba L50-B Laptop- Poor battery

Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite L50-B Laptop. I received a message from Toshiba PC HEALTH MONITOR that continues to pop up on my laptop screen. it reads the battery health is poor. I have replaced the ac adaptor and laptop battery. It continues to read poor battery after making these adjustments. Do I need to modify or customise my power plan on my laptop under power options.

There may be a battery calibration utility you can run on the laptop, check the driver downloads for it from Toshiba. You don't need to replace the AC power brick for a battery issue. Also if you bought an old or a cheap battery that new battery may be bad.
