Solved! Toshiba Laptop Can't Get To Recovery Wizard

So I have a Satellite A665-S5170 running Windows 7 that I was trying to do a factory reset on, so I tried the 0 key option, and it didn't work. Now it refuses to get past the Toshiba screen, and always just ends with an icon that looks like the corner of a square inside a square and a blinking line. Any help please? I don't need the data, I've already got a backup. I just need to reset it.

Forget this, I fixed it. Had to make a new install disk. Data was still there, just couldn't access.
