toshiba laptop won't start, not even to bios after windows update

Hello ,
i have a 2007 toshiba sattelite laptop, i replaced my broken hdd with a new one. I installed windows 7 and everything was normal, but after windows installed their updates the laptop couldn't access the bios. It was just a black screen without doing anything. I unplugged the battery and the power cord for 10 minutes and it started up normally but everytime it reboots its the same thing.
Also every time it starts normally there are two short beeps and a screen saying system bios shadowed and video bios shadowed.

If anyone can help i would be very greatful.
