My laptop is Toshiba sattelite pro A200. It only freezes if it is connected to power source and freeze even at boot, the only way to continue is to shut down and start with the power button, it is independent of windows, since I have reinstalled several times, I am using windows 7 64 bit, and the same problem happens on windows 10 32 and 64 bit (exactly the same way). I was able to solve the problem by creating a program in c ++, with the goal of making 50% use of the processor at all times (obviously set low priority in the managed task), so far not frozen once with this active program, because this affects the performance of the notebook, anyone have any idea what could be happening? and a possible solution? (sorry for bad english)
