Toshiba restore 0 returns odd results

Thank you all for putting out there about holding the 0 key....
I tried that but I do not get the warning message. In its place I get "Toshiba Boot Manager" it is giving me only 2 options start in Windows 7 or preform memory test. when I use widows recovery and it restarts it clams it cant find the restore files and ask for CD. upon failing to give it a CD it restarts in my corrupted windows 7.
I have acquired "Partition Wizard" and explored the hidden recovery partition. It has files on it and all the partitions have passed a surface scan. I tried unhiding the partition and running the system restore and again got "CD required". is there any way of getting the recovery files to compare with the ones in the partition

I have used system restore utilizing the hidden partition on this laptop before so it is boggling me why it not working now.

You need either the CD or a Flash Drive with the system files on it. Do you have the original CD that came with the computer? If not you can buy or download recovery files. I seen the CD/DVDs going for around $20. You will also need your key which hopefully is still attached to your computer.

Be aware a Windows Recovery disk is not a full version of Windows. If you do not have a valid key then go to Microsoft and buy one.
