Question Toshiba rs-tx20 Tivo Series 2

My question is: Is there a way to get all of the shows off of our Toshiba rs-tx20 to store on an external drive? I know burning everything on to disks would be an option but I know that would take quite a bit of time. There is not a Media Access Key (MAK) shown on the device and we did not set up an account online at all.

Any help here would be great.
