1. This things happen once plugged battery, around 20minutes, will auto shut down. (AC Plug is On)
2. Unplug battery, then direct AC Plug, running 8 hour or more, don't have issue auto shutdown.
3. So suspected battery problem, bought new one (original), yet issue still persist.

Anyone has encounter this issue? Mind to advice? Thanks.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again while the battery connected and see if the laptop will still shutdown by itself.
- Next to try is to uninstall/reinstall the "microsoft acpi-compliant control method battery".
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the "microsoft acpi-compliant control method battery".
- Reboot the laptop once uninstalled and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the laptop will still shut down or not.
- Lastly, do a battery calibration and see if that will solve the problem or not.
- Here's how: http://www.tomsguide.com/faq/id-2342991/calibrate-battery-windows-laptops.html
- If it will still not work do check the battery terminal that connects the battery to the laptop if there's any damage with the solders.
