toshiba satellite L750D-14R recovery cd has windows 7
PLEASE could someone help me i am looking for recovery cd as nephew went on computer and have no clue what he has done

If you have a recovery cd already I am curious as to why you are seeking another? Or had you upgraded to 8 or 10 and that is what you need to replace?

I see. Well you may not need one. If the drive had a partition with the needed info on it. I would try that first (if you haven't already).

In Windows versions prior to 10, you should be able to...

1. Go into "Control Panel" and then click "Recovery."
2. Next click "Advanced Recovery Methods."
3. Now click "Return your computer to factory condition."

In that same area there should also be an option to create a recovery cd/USB.

If none of that works, then you may want to contact the manufacture of the computer and see if they can send you one.
