I need help with a Toshiba L875D-S7332 series laptop CPU Fan replacement (Heatsink included!).
My wife's computer was having over heating error messages and the fan was binding so I opened it up to make sure I ordered the correct fan for replacement.
It turns out the fan is attached to a heatsink which is thermal glued to the processor. Generally I have seen laptops with easy to replace fans but because these pieces are all attached I think the process is going to be more difficult.
I don't know how to proceed because I cannot find the correct fan part with an attached heatsink and don't know if I can install the pre-existing heatsink into a new fan.
Any help will be much appreciated!
