Runs abnormally slow even after doing the following:- Updated Bios, Formatting drive, Re-installed Win7, no programs installed. But takes ages to complete start-up. Could it possibly be the hard drive.

run a scan disk check for errors to see if it is. just finished replacing a customer's hard drive that was still under warranty because of bad sectors, the fun part is getting her data off as it is sloooowwww.
