Hi, my Asus Q302 convertible laptop worked fine until yesterday I installed windows updates restarted and immediately afterwards , the touch screen stopped working. I have tried uninstalling the update and restoring the computer to a time point on Friday, both without success. The computer consistently says there is no touch or pen device available, and there is no "HID-compliant Touch Screen" under HID in Device Manager. What can I do to bring the touch screen back? Thanks.

When I go into device manager if I clickshow hidden devices it appears under human interface devices. But I cannot enable or disable it. It says that this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

I'm having this same issue!

Did you get it fixed by any chance?
